Acceptable use

  • Use the service only for content you created yourself or have the right or permission to download.
  • Respect the terms of the platforms you download from and the copyright laws of your country.
  • Don't use the service to infringe copyright, to redistribute other people's work commercially, or to harass anyone.
  • Don't overload the service with automated requests or try to bypass its limits.

Our service

xMediaFetchBot is not affiliated with or endorsed by X, YouTube, TikTok, Bilibili or any other platform. Platforms change frequently, so some links may stop working at times. The service is provided “as is”, without any warranty, and we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.

Fair use and Pro

The free version has usage limits described on the Pro page. Pro keys are personal and may not be shared publicly or resold. We may revoke keys that are abused.

Copyright complaints

We don't host any content: files are prepared on request and deleted immediately. If you believe the service is being used to infringe your rights, contact us and we will review your request promptly.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
